Roof Inspection
Preventative measures and routine maintenance for residential roofs is always critical and highly-recommended. It’s worth mentioning that close to 50% of roof claims and replacements could have been prevented with a little TLC and some minor roof maintenance. Roof cleaning and sealing flashing, cracks and gaps, and minor shingle repair are all great, economical ways to extend your roof life span and prevent unnecessary replacement, or waste of remaining roof expectancy. We typically give free roof inspections. Additionally, when you have us out to clean your gutters, you’re also getting a free roof and gutter inspection. If me or my team members spot anything out of the ordinary during a service, we always let you know what we’ve found, provide photos, and a general cost to resolve the issue.
